Rachael Rollins - Owner
Principal Designer/Creative Director and owner of Rachael Kasie Designs, Rachael has been in the Flower industry for over 18 years and has been leading RKD since its inception in November of 2007.
Rachael brings her acute sense of visual aesthetics and her passion for color, form and texture to every assignment. She has the uncanny ability to visualize a transformation in any room and make it happen regardless of the design challenge.
Cassie - Head Floral Designer/Assistant Manager
Another born and raised Floridian here! An amazing mother of 3 young girls, Cassie joined the RKD team in 2018 without any prior experience in the industry. Her lack of experience however did not stop her from learning all facets of the company and quickly becoming an irreplaceable member of the team.
Cassie trained hard underneath Kasie learning the ropes of facilitating a wedding from start to finish as well as worked and continues to work closely under Rachael, Donyea and Wanda to become an exceptional floral designer, a natural talent! Her dedication and loyalty to her job is never without notice. We can always count on Cassie to pay attention to the details! She prides herself on always striving for perfection to make every event flawless for each of our clients. Which is what every client expects right?! We couldn't agree more and we are thankful to have Cassie to count on.
Donyea - Floral Designer/Event Specialist
As one of RKD's lead designers for over 9 years and an important member of our team since she came on board in 2014! Donyea's creativity flows through everything her hands touch. Having earned a degree in Floral Design with 6.5 years of design experience prior to coming to RKD, Rachael took Donyea under her wings to expand on her skills which led Donyea to become one Rachael's top designers, a position not easily acquired.
Donyea has lived in 5 states but she glows the most when discussing her life growing up in Hawaii! She grew up watching her father plan large events at the country club he worked at and always paid attention to her mom's eye for design. Having grown up in a creative household, Donyea attributes her love and career in the floral design industry solely to the example they set before her. It's Donyea's passion now that keeps those memories alive and our clients HAPPY!
Wanda - Floral Designer
Allow us to introduce you to Wanda, this amazing woman a.k.a "Wanda Woman" to our group, joined RKD in 2013! A true gem and beloved member of our team. Wanda will work circles around all of us and you'll never hear a complaint!
With over 30 years dedicated to the world of flowers, Wanda gained her experience starting back in 1984 working in Waldbaums Food Mart Supermarkets in both Massachusetts & Connecticut as their Floral Manager. She retired to Florida over 9 years ago with her husband and continued with her love of flowers by coming on part time with our company. Wanda was not content to be fully retired and not allow her creativity to flow. When something is your true passion you never fully give it up.. and as Wanda would say, she loves to be able to help create a beautiful day for all our Brides & Grooms!
